Dyslexic adolescent males entering the period of young adulthood face unique challenges where they struggle to develop healthy habits underpinned by their innate character strengths. Despite being capable in a variety of areas unique to them, the limitations of their neurodiverse condition overwhelm them and prevents them from being able to express and demonstrate their intelligence and strengths. The project employed a multi-sensory medium that combined nostalgic thinking, self-reporting, and guided reflection to help young people realise their beliefs about dyslexic strengths, perceptions of valued strengths in others and their understanding of strengths in themselves.
