Re:Consent reimagines how maternity care systems communicate consent by embedding empathy, continuity, and closure into digital design. It supports mothers, partners, and clinicians to make confident and collaborative decisions across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal stages. The platform integrates scenario walkthroughs, dynamic e-consent, and an AI-assisted reflection kit within hospital EMRs, bridging emotional and procedural gaps. Grounded in service design, trauma informed care, and participatory practice, it uses journey mapping, interviews, and visual prototyping to address barriers such as fragmented communication, jargon, and inconsistent processes. Creative tools like flip card visualisations and what if scenarios reduce decision fog, restoring agency and trust.
