As artificial intelligence becomes deeply embedded in daily life, human thought grows dependent on automation. What once enhanced creativity now risks eroding reflection as decisions are delegated to machines. This project begins from that awareness and asks how our relationship with AI reshapes the process of thought. Through self-observation and experiment, it explores what happens when emotion, doubt and trial and error interrupt automation and awaken reflection. At the centre, Q, an interactive mirror that provides no answers, only questions. The experience turns a familiar exchange with AI into a moment of introspection, reigniting curiosity and the effort of thinking.
