Foodprint is an interactive pop-up exhibition that invites visitors to explore Melbourne’s evolving food culture through immersive digital experiences. Focusing on Matcha as the 2025 case study, it uncovers how this global trend has been reimagined through local creativity and fusion innovations. Each installation reveals the cultural stories, global influences, and social meanings behind contemporary food trends. Designed to engage Generation Alpha, the exhibition combines storytelling, gameplay, and education through interactive cooking simulations and local café collaborations—transforming everyday food trends into meaningful, sensory, and educational experiences that connect culture, technology, and curiosity.
