This project explores how visualizing body signals can help people create a meaningful connection with their health. Biofeedback translates heart pulse data into animations, giving non-verbal insights into the body's state. Further visual changes based on the SDNN (a measure of pulse variation) show visual cues indicating whether a user feels stressed or relaxed. The goal is to enable a "meaning-making" experience where these visualizations help people interpret and understand their well-being in a symbolic and intuitive way.
