This design project aims to create a ‘low-tech’ physical immersive experience that will encourage imagination and provide an antidote to the overwhelming demands of productivity and the constant bombardment of content driven from the attention economy. Bruadar Latha, meaning ‘daydream’ in Scottish Gaelic, seeks to encourage reflection by creating an immersive experience that prompts visitors to slow down, pause and revel in the possibilities of their own subconscious imagination. The experience creates mesmerising patterns with light allowing the viewer to control the pace of the experience. Thus, making time limitless, oMering a respite from constant engagement with screens and information.
